Jiuding Continuous Filament Mat is an engineered composite reinforcement material composed of multiple strata formed by non-directional orientation of continuous glass fiber filaments. The glass reinforcement is surface-treated with a silane-based coupling agent to optimize interfacial adhesion with unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems. A thermosetting powder binder is strategically applied to maintain structural integrity between layers while preserving resin permeability. This technical textile product offers customizable specifications including variable areal densities , tailored widths, and flexible production volumes to accommodate diverse industrial requirements.
