JiuDing Group Hosts AI Training Session Featuring DeepSeek to Drive Digital Transformation

On the afternoon of April 10th, JiuDing Group organized a specialized training session focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and the applications of DeepSeek, aiming to equip employees with cutting-edge technological knowledge and enhance operational efficiency through AI tools. The event, attended by senior executives, department heads, and key personnel across the organization, underscored the company’s commitment to embracing AI innovation.

The training, divided into six modules, was led by Zhang Benwang from the IT Center. Notably, the session utilized an AI-powered virtual host, showcasing the practical integration of AI technologies in real-world scenarios.

Zhang Benwang began by outlining the current state and future trends of AI, emphasizing its pivotal role in driving industry-wide transformation. He then delved into DeepSeek’s strategic positioning and value proposition, highlighting its capabilities in text generation, data mining, and intelligent analysis. A deep dive into DeepSeek’s technical advantages—including its high-efficiency algorithms, robust data processing power, and open-source localization features—was complemented by case studies demonstrating its real-world impact. Attendees were also guided through the platform’s core functionalities, such as natural language processing, code assistance, and data analytics, with hands-on demonstrations covering installation, configuration, and practical usage.

The interactive Q&A session saw active participation, with employees raising questions about technical implementation, data security, and business adaptability. These discussions reflected a strong eagerness to apply AI tools to workplace challenges.

In his keynote speech, Chairman Gu Qingbo stressed that AI is a "new engine" for high-quality corporate development. He urged employees to proactively master emerging technologies and explore ways to integrate AI into their respective roles to advance the company’s digital transformation. Linking the initiative to broader national priorities, Gu drew parallels between the current U.S.-China trade tensions and historic struggles like the Anti-Japanese War and the Korean War. Quoting the philosopher Gu Yanwu’s adage, "Every individual bears responsibility for the nation’s prosperity or peril," he called on employees to contribute to China’s technological and managerial progress.

Gu concluded with two provocative questions for reflection: "Are you prepared for the AI era?" and "How will you contribute to winning the U.S.-China trade war and accelerating our development?" The event marked a significant step in aligning JiuDing’s workforce with its vision of AI-driven innovation and global competitiveness.
